Eleanor O'Connell
Eleanor is a seasoned professional with a rich background in the Design and Advertising industry. Her journey has seen her excel as a Costume Designer, Stylist, Social Media Manager, Copywriter and Content Coordinator from Melbourne to London, New York, LA and countless places in between.
Today, Eleanor leverages her extensive experience spanning over 11 years in her role for MAKR Consulting. She provides critical support to all client engagements with a focus on developing engaging communications and documentation and coordinating our stakeholder engagement activities. She also channels her creative energy into running her own sustainable clothing and accessories business.
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation, Eleanor strives to make a significant impact in all of her professional worlds.

Jennifer Bourne
Jennifer is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 15 years’ experience across a diverse range of industries including Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive, Professional Services and Engineering in both local and global organisations.

Working in various Business Partnering roles Jennifer has gained a reputation for supporting Executive team members through periods of change and business transformation.

Whist enjoying working in both strategic and operational roles across various facets of HR, Jennifer’s expertise in IR and ER matters enables her to provide clients with in-depth advice across various complex HR issues including conflict management, dispute resolutions, performance management and workplace investigations.

Jennifer has completed a Bachelor in Human Resources Management and Mental Health First Aid Training.
