Rachael is an internationally experienced people & culture executive and management consultant, with over 20 years working within or consulting to private, publicly listed, and public sector organisations.

She has the breadth and depth of skills required to identify and develop responses to business and people related challenges, and her pragmatic approach and coaching style enables her to work productively with leadership teams and Boards in difficult situations.

​​She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), Institute of Community Directors Australia (ICDA), the Advisory Board Centre, and the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).
